The Secretary Writes the minutes in any meeting and retrieve if need arises, Chairs meetings in the absence of the chairperson and vice chairperson, Is in charge of any incoming and outgoing correspondence in consultation with C.C officials, Is a signatory to C.C transactions, Is in charge of production of membership card and forwarding to SCC coordinator for distribution, Keeps a record of all other members’ details, Prints any communication, Is in charge of information distribution of events to members and public.

The Vice Secretary Works hand in hand with the secretary He/She Assumes the duties of the Secretary in the absence of the secretary Manages the office stationery

ORGANIZING SECRETARY

Frankline Nyabuga

The Organizing Secretary Organizes all the C.C events in collaboration with the office Keeps the officials and members informed about the meetings and giving information concerning the meeting Ensures there is an MC in events and becomes MC by default in any case

TREASURER

Dennis Mutua

The Secretary receives and banks the community’s finances Keeps the financial records of the community. Informs the officials and the members about the community’s financial status. Is a signatory to C.C transactions Reads the financial report at the end of semester.

SCC LEADER

Michael Ochanga

The SCC have a committee comprising of all the heads of the SCCs. Ensures full participation of participation of SCCS in community activities Is in charge and oversee all activities involving the SCCs Is in charge of determination of SCC membership and keep record of the same.

LITURGICAL LEADER

The Litergical Leader have a committee consisting of 3 other members of preferably both genders. The three should organize for morning glory, lunch hour and evening prayers Is in charge of liturgy, In conjunction with SCC coordinator members organize alter Is responsible for the spiritual growth of members Acts as the link between choir and main office

LIBRARY AND ASSET MANAGER

The Asset manager have a committee of at least 3 members of preferably both gender He/She Keeps proper records of C.C equipment and ensuring their maintenance Is in charge of C.C entertainment Is in charge of C.C inventories transactions. With the approval of the office come up with ways of acquiring and replacing equipment in their docket

HOSPITALITY MANAGER

The Hospitality Manager have a committee of at least 3 members of preferably both gender She/He is in charge of meals and cutlery Is in charge of hygiene With the approval of the office stock necessary utensils and office decorations.

Small Christian Communities Commitee (SCC)

Chairperson

The chairperson is in charge of the SCC
Organizes and chairs all SCC meetings
Is a default member of the SCC committee headed by the SCC Coordinator
Makes necessary communications from the office to the SCC members

Project Manager

The project manager is in charge of all projects within the SCC
He/She is in charge of the finances of the SCC with conjunction with other members
Shall be a default member of the SCC committee headed by the SCC Coordinator

Secretary

Keeps all records of SCC meetings, activities and membership.
Writes minutes of the SCC meetings
Assumes the activities of the SCC Chairperson in his absentia.
Works hand in hand with the SCC Chairperson in ensuring proper communication
Shall be a default member of the SCC committee headed by the SCC Coordinator
